We have formed a strict recruitment process in which every candidate must pass two rounds of translation tests and interviews.

Sound Training Program

Each new entrant will receive six months of training, during the course of which we will designate a mentor for each entrant to help them quickly integrate into the company. In addition, we will also provide new entrants with professional training on writing specifications, tools, system usage and basic technologies related to telecom, aviation, aerospace, programming and other fields and proofreading case studies to help them develop into more adept technical translators.

Evaluation

After the 6-month training period, the new entrants will receive an evaluation, and qualified ones will be assigned to suitable translation fields based on their strengths and abilities. Then we will arrange relevant professional training and case studies lectured by native editors to help new translators improve language skills and acquire more knowledge about their respective industry.

Capability Model Building

Translators' knowledge and skills will increase as they take part in more translation projects. We have built an evaluation model for each translator and proofreader. The evaluation indicators include basic conditions, fields of expertise, project experience, translation output, and evaluation scores from customers and the project manager. The evaluation model reflects both the capability and knowledge improvement process of a translator as well as the quantified professional capability of a company.
